The Last Time I Saw [That Team] Play (v2.0)

Baseball games will count at the end of March. All 30 Major League Baseball franchises will play on Thursday, March 29. Right now, teams are battling in Arizona and Florida for the not-so-coveted Cactus and Grapefruit league titles. As I prepare for my annual fantasy baseball draft day on Sunday, it's time to look back at the games that counted in the past. Not so much a case of who won the games, but how much time has passed since I've seen each team play live.

During 2017, I was fortunate to see half of the MLB franchises play. Even though I attend several games each season, some teams simply slip through the cracks. Since I see many Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox and Milwaukee Brewers games each year, I get to see several teams from both the National and American leagues on a regular basis. But still, I haven't seen the Baltimore Orioles or Toronto Blue Jays play regular season games for 10 years.

Here's the up-to-the-minute list of days that have passed since I have seen each team play. Please note that this list includes only regular season and postseason games and does not include spring training or other exhibition games.

* The Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians played in Game 3 of the 2016 World Series at Wrigley Field.
