Willing to Volunteer

If the Illinois Tollway needs assistance taking down the blue Governor Rod Blagojevich signs, I am willing to volunteer. I drive through the toll on the Reagan Expressway (I-88) at Midwest Road each day on my way home from work.

The good people of Illinois deserve better than this egomaniac, corrupt laughing stock. My sympathy goes out to you.
Who in the bleep elected this bleeping idiot?

...had a snarky reply...took it down. I'm crabby this morning. Get that sign down!!
On a similar note, I'm going downtown tonight, and I'm really hoping the guy holding the "for sale" sign is standing in front of the governor's mansion.

The sign-holder may have even attracted friends today. Blagojevich needs to resign immediately.

Sarah S., I started off with a snarky blog, but I scaled it back a bit too.

Why scale back "snarky" blogs? Blago deserves it, frankly, and has had it coming for quite some time. He ceased to be a politician for the people of Illinois years ago, and I feel sorry for his children, who will have to live down the legacy their father has built for them i.e., in the infamous words of CNN political advisor David Gergen, "I can't pronounce his name, so I just call him the idiot." How sad for his children...

I say leave the signs up and paint some big black vertical lines on them.

That would probably make a bigger impact, wouldn't it?
