MLB 2009 Schedule (as of February 20)

Though it took nearly all day, I walked away with tickets to three Chicago Cubs games for the 2009 season. As of this moment, I have tickets to seven games.

Sunday, May 31: Cincinnati Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers
Wednesday, June 10: Colorado Rockies vs. Milwaukee Brewers
Friday, July 24: Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs
Saturday, August 15: Houston Astros vs. Milwaukee Brewers
Friday, August 28: New York Mets vs. Chicago Cubs
Monday, September 7: St. Louis Cardinals vs. Milwaukee Brewers
Wednesday, September 16: Milwaukee Brewers vs. Chicago Cubs

We're still planning a trip to Seattle in mid-May, but Mariners tickets don't go on sale for another two weeks.

I'm so envious that you make it to so many ballparks during the season. I plan to do that once I've got more extra cash in my vacation fund each year. Right now I only get one or two major vacations.

You went from blog-block to 2 in one day. Congrats...on everything.

Leslie, I'm still slightly trapped in blog-block land, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Snelly, if you're really interested in getting to some more ballparks, look at His prices include transportation, hotels and game tickets. Really good seats too. I took a trip in late 2000. I hit eight games in ten days with a stop at the Hall of Fame.

Thank you so much Bill for that website. I'm definitely going to check that out! We were talking about maybe next year trying to do a trip like that where we hit several different games/ballparks. That will sure come in handy.

Bill, have you ever seen a game at Coors Field in Denver? We'll be out there in September and I thought just for the heck of it I'd see if they had any games that weekend. They do... against my Cardinals! I was so excited. I think I'm going to get tickets, but was just curious what you thought of the ballpark if you've been there.

No, I haven't been to Coors Field yet. I am basically down to the parks that are spread out.
