A Bad First Half: Packers 14, Bears 0

It's only halftime, but the Chicago Bears haven't given me any reason to think they can defeat the Green Bay Packers today. In fact, they've given me two reasons to think this game is already over:

1. No offense
2. No defense

Aaron Rodgers, the Green Bay quarterback, appears to be moving the ball at will. Not only is doing this with his arm, but his feet too. He's racked up a number of yards on his own.

I don't necessarily believe in motivational speeches in the locker room, but I hope they make changes during the half. Right now, it doesn't look like I'm buying a new Super Bowl mug. I'll explain that more in a blog on Wednesday.

Here's to a better second half. At least the Bears start with that ball.

At last. The Bears score. 14-7.

Weird game. Green Bay leads 21-14.

It was just a bad game for the Bears all around...

What a mess. I'm amazed they made a game of it at the end.

Did Julius Peepers play because I didn't hear his number called on defense.

Peppers had a great game, but he didn't figure into the numbers. Did you see that shot he put on Rodgers? Rodgers wasn't the same afterward.
