A ticket for a doubleheader during the summer of 1988. This was when the White Sox threatened to move the team to St. Petersburg, Florida unless they could build a new ballpark.

Very cool. I have a lot of my Busch Stadium tickets up on a peg board. I'll have to take them down some time and scan a few.

My husband and I have kept all of our ticket stubs (for all sports) since we've been together (plus a handful prior). We have been planning for the longest to put them under glass for a bistro-like table or for a bar when we have the opportunity. We just bought a new house and will be building a bar so hopefully we'll have it done by the holidays.

I can't say that I have all of my ticket stubs, but I have a decent amount. I am disappointed that I never thought of keeping stubs until after the Cubs 1984 season. The oldest ticket that own is from early in the 1985 season.

I kept a bunch of stubs from concerts and football (known as soccer in the USA) matches.

I was also going to find somewhere to display my stubs. My favorites are an Allman Brothers stub from 10 days before I was born and a 1963 Auburn/Alabama college football stub.
